In some highly technical applications, that may be difficult. I agree...Thank you for sharing this wonderful post. I agree with you that Like gold mining, in testing, there are no indicators that say, "Look here for defects." QA and testing can't be over looked. It requires expertise and understanding how to put yourself in customers shoes.
